"Warranty got sorted, eventually"
I had a warranty issue with one of the parts, and it took more back-and-forth emails than I would’ve liked. That said, they were polite enough and did end up taking care of it in the end. Not the quickest process, but I suppose it was handled fairly

"I’ve been riding the bike for a little..."
I’ve been riding the bike for a little while now, it runs fine so far. From my point of view though, the overall build feels a little hit or miss. The frame seems solid enough, but some of the plastics and smaller parts feel kind of cheap to me. I also had to tighten a few things after riding it, which was a little annoying. It’s not a bad bike, but I personally expected it to feel a bit sturdier and hold up better right out of the box.

I couldn’t make sense of the setup instructions. They were confusing and left out stuff I needed, so I ended up just figuring it out on my own. Annoying.

I had a wiring issue on my bike and ended up calling tech support. From my experience, the guy really knew what he was talking about and didn’t rush me, which I appreciated. I did have to wait on hold for a bit, but once I got through, the help was solid and got me pointed in the right direction.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
It showed up faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I kept expecting it to take a few more days, but nope, it arrived without any hassle and everything was totally fine

"Replacement parts shipping was a nightmare..."
I ordered some replacement parts the shipping was frustrating... The tracking didn’t show anything for days, and then once it finally did, it just sat there with no updates. I emailed customer service, but the replies were really short and didn’t help much. The parts eventually showed up way later than expected, and my bike was just sitting there the whole time. I don’t think I’ll be ordering parts from here again.

"I’ve had it for about 6 months now..."
I’ve had it for about 6 months now, and to be fair, the engine has been really solid. It starts up every time and hasn’t given me any trouble so far.

"Financing was way easier than I expected"
I was a little nervous about doing financing online... I don’t know, I just expected it to be more of a hassle. But it actually went really smoothly. The payment options were easy to understand, and I got approved quicker than I thought I would. I did have one quick question, but they answered it clearly without making it a whole thing. Checkout was simple too. Overall, it was a good experience, no weird surprises with the payment part, which I really appreciated

"Bike arrived banged up"
Delivery was kind of rough, honestly. One side of the box was torn up bad, and once I started unpacking it I noticed scratches on the bike before I’d even really gotten it out. There were also a few loose parts just sitting in the bottom of the crate, which didn’t exactly make me feel great.

It does run, so I’m not going all the way down to 1 star, but for what it costs I expected it to show up in better condition. It’s better than having to send the whole thing back, I guess, but still... definitely annoying to deal with damage right away.

"Felt like I had to chase every update"
The communication was frustrating. I didn’t really get updates unless I followed up first, which made me feel like things could easily slip through the cracks if I wasn’t constantly checking in. I just didn’t want to risk missing something important, but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort on my end.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part from venommotorsportsusa.com and had to return it. I emailed them, and they got back to me quickly with the return steps. Everything was really straightforward and not confusing at all.
After they received the part, my refund showed up within a few days. There was no annoying hassle or weird back and forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a super easy experience.

"Decent for the price, but not quite up to my standards"
I bought this from venommotorsportsusa, and overall it was okay for what I paid. I’m particular about quality, so a few of the parts feeling a little cheap stood out to me. The price was fair and shipping was fine, but it didn’t quite impress me the way I hoped it would. Not a bad deal overall, just keep your expectations realistic.

"Didn’t run well, and the terms changed on me"
The bike ran worse than I expected. It felt weak from the start and after just a few rides it kept stalling on me. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled with the terms changing from what I thought I was agreeing to. Frustrating experience overall

"Support replied fast"
Customer support got back to me quickly, they explained things clearly. It did take one extra message to fully sort out my issue, but that wasn’t a huge deal. I don’t really get why people act like that’s the end of the world sometimes, overall, they helped me and the experience was good.
